Once she'd been a crook's sweatheart, and now he won't let her love another man... Should she call in the police or play a lone hand?
Join us for a glimpse back in time at Mallorie Freeman's "Spicy Dames and Tales of Mystery", a solo exhibition of new oil paintings, handmade paper and mixed media artworks. Paying homage to pulp novels of the 1940's, Mallorie exquisitely recreates these torrid tales of mystery, murder and mayhem in large scale artworks. Her compositions become an investigation into the femme fatales of classic nobility and makes one question the nameless denizens that reach through her canvases. Man must sacrifice love, honor, everything - to learn the answer...
